Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for several German Speaking Customer Service Advisors / Support Advisors for their client based in Luton, Bedfordshire who are a marketing leading digital holiday operator.

As a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor it will be your responsibility to work with customers, primarily those based in the German speaking region, providing excellent customer service via phone, live-chat and email ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls & emails from German speaking customers
  • Provide exceptional service to customers calling in, both from your market-specific language and from the UK.
  • Solve queries quickly and effectively, ensuring customers' needs are met in the very first interaction.
  • Handle complaints and issues that arise both during holidays and after customers have returned, working closely with both customers and destination partners.
  • Supporting Duty Managers during incidents and emergencies, providing welfare calls in the language spoken by European customers.

Person Specification:

  • Fluent in German
  • Strong customer focus and professional approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good computer skills
  • Positive "can do" attitude

This is a full time permanent position offering an annual salary of 36,000 + attractive company benefits.
