Customer Service Representative

12 Month Temporary Position

Monday - Friday 37.5 hours, 8.00am - 5.00pm

We have an opportunity to join one of our clients leading at the forefront of the manufacturing industry on a 12-month temporary basis as a customer service representative.

You will be part of a reputable company, working with in a fantastic and support team environment.

You will provide unbeatable customer service and internal sales support contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

As a key link between our client and their customers and distributors, you will proactively manage tasks with in your customer portfolio.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative;

  • To build & maintain strong relationships with Customers - Handling incoming & outgoing sales calls, emails from/to customers.
  • Oversee and manage order process.
  • Follow up on schedules, delivery pattern, supply and shipments.
  • Follow up on deliveries in relation with factories and Logistic Services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the account manager with contract preparations and sales history analysis.
  • Update and keep informed of relevant customer and contact data in business CRM System.
  • Support invoicing of customers in liaison with relevant internal contacts.
  • Manage post sales activities (claims, returns etc.)

What we need from you as a Customer Service Representative;

  • Energetic and motivated team player
  • You have excellent attention to detail with a methodical and logical approach to your work.
  • Customer service/ admin experience would be beneficial
