Connect2Luton are excited to recruit a CX Data Suppot Officer on behalf of Luton Borough Council.

Main purpose of position:

The purpose of an IT solution is to enable the business to carry out its day-to-day work efficiently and effectively. It is therefore critical the data held in our systems is relevant and up to date. This will support with data migration activity required to move to the new solution.

In this project, we need to ensure that all the data held in Capita Open Housing for tenancies, repairs, asset and compliance management can be transferred into the replacement solution.

Role:

The role of the data officer is to work with the housing and DDAT teams to ensure data quality standards are improved. This will help achieve robust data for migration in the new solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Housing Operations to review and update data in Capita Open Housing, making amendments where required.
  • Ability to identify and co-ordinate data findings, recommendations, approvals and actions taken.
  • Make requests to Tenancy Officers to carry out audits with tenants to obtain missing information not in our systems.
  • Experience of creating and maintaining Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • Work with the business and input into the development of a data recording strategy.
  • Support the technical team where appropriate to ensure the data amendments in Open Housing will match the required data for the migration.
  • Support the technical team in testing following migration.
  • Knowledge of Workflow 360 and Capita Open Housing is preferred but not essential.
