What you'll do:
As a Billing Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the Contract Administration and Billing team for all group companies. Your excellent organisational skills will ensure that clients are billed accurately and on time, satisfying both internal processes and external auditors. You will also be responsible for resolving revenue queries from the leadership team and wider finance team at month end. Your role will extend to supporting the Head Office Finance Department as required, running training sessions with internal management on contract admin processes, and monitoring key deliverables including invoice submission time frames, quality of billing data, and level of credit notes.
- Lead and manage the Contract Administration and Billing team
- Ensure clients are billed accurately and on time
- Resolve revenue queries from leadership team and wider finance team at month end

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Billing Manager position brings a minimum of three years recent experience in a supervisory/management role. Your excellent communication skills will be utilised both in writing and verbally across many different levels within the organisation. Your excellent organisational skills will be key in ensuring smooth operations within your department. A strong customer focus and commercial acumen will be essential in this role, along with an analytical mindset with high attention to detail. The ability to be flexible, punctual, and prioritise your workload to meet multiple deadlines on a daily basis will set you apart.
- Minimum of three years recent experience in a supervisory/management role
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally
