Are you an experienced and passionate early years teacher who is looking for a new role in January 2025?

Tradewind are currently working with a mainstream Primary school in Luton who are looking for their next super star Early Years Teacher. This school boasts a lovely early years setting which is open plan and has plenty of outside areas for the children to play. The school is looking for a teacher who can make the very most out of every interaction with their students. The nursery is free flow and the children predominantly learn through play.

You will be supported by a number of experienced and qualified Nursery Nurses. As part of this tight knit team, the school are looking for someone who can lead by example and continue to foster a safe and inclusive early years environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of early years specialists
  • Create a safe, fun and inclusive learning space
  • Build strong relationships with parents and other staff members.
  • Feedback effectively to parents, SENDCO's and outside agencies when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • QTS - Early Years Specialism Preferable but not essential
  • Experience leading an Early Years Team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for supporting students with diverse educational needs.
