We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious private school in Luton, offering high-quality education from early years to secondary level. We seek an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Teacher to join our team from September 2024.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to school improvement.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years education.
- Passion for early childhood development and understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to professional development.
- Experience in a private school setting is an advantage.
