Salary:30,000 - 41,333 (to scale)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious private school in Luton, offering high-quality education from early years to secondary level. We seek an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Teacher to join our team from September 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to school improvement.
Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years education.
Passion for early childhood development and understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to professional development.
Experience in a private school setting is an advantage.
