They are now looking to recruit an SAP to join their highly professional team.In this role the successful candidate will manage and oversee a team of operation engineers ensuring works are completed in line with all safety, operational and technical requirements. They will schedule and plan their teams work as well as regularly review team members to ensure they are progressing in the right direction. This role will be a mixture of home and site-based working with travel around Southern England needed with stay aways.The ideal candidate will have an electrical background and will be experienced within the multi-utility sector. They must have experience with electrical distribution or transmission networks and experience managing people within a lead or management position.
