Role Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of clients, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and sole traders
- Overseeing the preparation and review of accounts, VAT returns, and tax computations
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships
- Providing proactive advice to clients on business growth, financial management, and tax planning
- Supervising and mentoring a team of accountants, reviewing their work and supporting their professional development
- Ensuring all deadlines are met while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations
- Supporting business development efforts, including identifying opportunities for cross-selling services

Candidate Requirements
- ACA/CA/ACCA qualified with recent experience in UK practice
- Strong understanding of UK accounting and tax regulations
- Exceptional client management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team development
