Role Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of clients, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and sole traders
• Overseeing the preparation and review of accounts, VAT returns, and tax computations
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships
• Providing proactive advice to clients on business growth, financial management, and tax planning
• Supervising and mentoring a team of accountants, reviewing their work and supporting their professional development
• Ensuring all deadlines are met while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations
• Supporting business development efforts, including identifying opportunities for cross-selling services

Candidate Requirements

• ACA/CA/ACCA qualified with recent experience in UK practice
• Strong understanding of UK accounting and tax regulations
• Exceptional client management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team development
