An exciting opportunity has arisen for a resilient and talented Commercial Finance Manager to join a superb UK team based in Luton. This role is hybrid, requiring 2 days a week in the office. The primary responsibility will be to provide thorough analytical evaluation of business performance, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and provide finance business partnering to your key stakeholders. Additionally, you will have management, support and development responsibilities for your team.

What you'll do:
As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will play an integral role in providing thorough analytical evaluation of business performance. Your expertise in forecasting, budgeting, reporting will be crucial in this role. You will also be responsible for providing finance business partnering to your key stakeholders. Your ability to build strong relationships across the business while maintaining a proactive approach will be essential. You will also assist in strategic planning processes for the business line and support organisational change.
- Provide a business partnering and sparring partnering relationship with the management team and the UK Shared Service Centre to maximise impact and enhance business performance.
- Build strong relationships across the business, being proactive, but still challenge and being a critical thinker.
- Work closely with business unit management to ensure that all deadlines are met.
- Assist in the Forecasting, Budgeting and Strategic Planning processes for the business line.
- Support organisational change, driving adoption and utilisation of new policies and processes and technology.
- Review the assumptions used in the planning process and highlight Risks & Opportunities.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Commercial Finance Manager position will bring a wealth of experience from previous roles. You should hold an accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA). Experience within the recruitment industry would be advantageous. Your success in managing competing priorities within a fast-paced environment will be crucial. While credit risk experience is desirable it's not required. Your resilient leadership style coupled with your superb relationship-building skills will set you apart.
