Group Accounting Manager, Market Leading Business, Luton, up to £90k + bonus

We are working with a multi-billion-pound market leading business who are looking for an impressive Group Accounting Manager to join their high performing team.

After several successful acquisitions and organic growth, the business has been on an upward trajectory with achievable plans of doubling in size over next 2 years, cementing them as the market leader in their space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform month-end reporting and analysis for the Head Office, highlighting key variances, risks, and opportunities for stakeholders.
  • Manage holding companies' accounts, including journal postings and reviews of balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Liaise with auditors for annual audits and provide required information.
  • Assist with strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Group's holding companies.
  • Communicate daily with subsidiaries to resolve queries and review financial submissions.
  • Support the preparation of consolidated financial reports and improve reporting processes.
  • Facilitate the Group's monthly close by reviewing business unit submissions.

Essentials:

  • ACA Trained (Big 4)
  • Industry experience in a similar role
