About the Role:

As a vital member of our Safety, Security and Compliance department, you will assist in managing the WUK CAMO Management System. Your primary mission? To ensure the safe and airworthy operation of our aircraft in accordance with UK CAA regulations. With your expertise, you'll monitor compliance and continuously improve our management system, making a real impact in the aviation industry!

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance an effective Management System for CAMO.

Present insightful reports and significant developments in Compliance and Safety.

Resolve issues and non-conformities promptly during audits.

Monitor external contractors for regulatory compliance and safety performance.

Conduct maintenance compliance audits and check potential maintenance providers.

Keep up to date with industry legislation changes and safety trends.

Prepare Corrective Action Plans for audit findings.

Participate in the development of our Safety Management System.

Conduct safety investigations and manage safety projects.

Who You Are:

You have experience in continuing airworthiness (any level).

You possess knowledge of aviation regulations (UK CAA Part-M, Part-CAMO, Air-OPS, Part-145).

Your educational background includes a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering field.

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical thinker with a keen eye for non-compliance.

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
