Early Years Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a 2-form entry Primary school in Luton who are looking to recruit a passionate Early Years teacher to cover a maternity. This role will start in January and run for the rest of the academic year. For the strongest teachers, this may lead to a full-time contract with the school.

This school is looking for a teacher who is happy to go the extra mile to ensure all of their youngest learners are getting the best possible start to their education. You will need a strong understanding of the Early Years curriculum and a genuine passion for working with this age group. You will benefit from an experienced team around you who work collectively as a team to foster a safe but fun learning environment. Prior experience in Early Years is essential.

You will be joining a school at the heart of the community and they are looking for someone who lives and breathes their values. You will be expected to get involved with the wider school community and contribute to the positive culture the school has created.
