We are partnered with a reputable global consultancy that are looking for an Agresso Admin and Support contractor to work on a very exciting LONG-TERM PROJECT in the AVIATION sector.
Role: Agresso Admin and Support
Rate: Up to £500 per day (inside IR35)
Location: Luton, UK
Style: Hybrid
Duration: 6 months (initially view to extend)
Role description:
To provide Operational support for the Agresso system and manage Service requests and user issues raised through ServiceNow.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for the Unit 4 Agresso
- To manage and administer the Agresso modules, including; common, logistics, planner, financials, commitment accounting, and system administrator.
- Managing the financial systems helpdesk by responding to helpdesk queries via Service desk portal. Ensuring tickets are responded to within SLA requirement and providing technical assistance for questions and problems.
- Ensure configuration requests to the Chart of Accounts are processed quickly and accurately.
- Assist and support with complete data reconciliations to ensure system integrity
- Ensure all month-end and year-end system processes are completed in line with critical deadlines across core systems.
- Develop constructive working relationships with members of the Finance L2 and Finance L3 teams and finance users.
- To manage the system structure based on the finance reporting requirements, ensuring the integrity of the system with strong financial controls.
- To manage the chart of accounts, account rules, account groups, related analysis codes, products, attribute relations and document types.
- To provide day to day system support, ensuring that service and operational efficiency are maximised, setting appropriate service standards, ensuring that system is both resilient and robust.
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
- Relevant systems experience in Agresso 2nd/3rd line support
- Knowledge of business processes and terminology of Unit 4 Agresso
- (Preferable) Experience in Airline Domain
- Analytical and creative skills are essential to produce solutions or strategies for the development of robust integrated financial systems. High Application form & interview
- The candidate must be able to show a very high level of computer literacy, with experience in the use of Excel, Word, Agresso Business World and complex computer-based financial ledger systems.
- Experience in using exceptional interpersonal, oral and communication skills are a prerequisite of the post, including persuasive skills and conveying technical systems issues to finance staff.
