They are now on the lookout for an experienced Clerk Of Works to assist on a recent £100m+ development in Luton. Your new roleAs a Clerk Of Works, you will be:
- Inspecting construction work.
- Comparing construction work with plans.
- Checking building material quality.
- Identifying building defects.
- Monitoring progress on site.
- Maintaining project records.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience with NEC Supervision services (Preferred)
- ICWCI membership. (Preferred)
- Experience working on big budget projects.
