Role Overview:As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You’ll manage the classroom, ensure students remain on task, and deliver pre-set work to support their educational development.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise classes in the absence of a teacher
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain classroom order
- Support students in their learning and answer general queries
- Follow school policies to manage behavior effectively
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress
- Previous experience working in a school setting is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Confidence in managing classroom behavior
