Are you passionate about education and ready to make a positive impact in the classroom? We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of secondary schools in Luton.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You’ll manage the classroom, ensure students remain on task, and deliver pre-set work to support their educational development.

• Supervise classes in the absence of a teacher
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain classroom order
• Support students in their learning and answer general queries
• Follow school policies to manage behavior effectively
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress

• Previous experience working in a school setting is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Confidence in managing classroom behavior
