Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dumper Operator / Groundworker to join our team in Luton. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating a dumper and undertaking various groundworks tasks on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a dumper safely and efficiently.
- Carry out groundworks including excavation, trenching, and site preparation.
- Assist in the setting up and maintaining of site safety and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with other site personnel to ensure project timelines are met.
- Follow site plans and instructions accurately.
- Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly.
Requirements:
- Valid NPORS or CPCS card for dumper operation.
- Previous experience in groundworks and dumper operation.
- Strong awareness of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Good communication skills.
