Early Years Teacher - Luton - Full-time - January 2025-July 2025 - Temporary role

Tradewind are currently working closely with a mainstream school in Luton who are looking to recruit a charismatic and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for the overall direction of the early years setting. With support from an experienced Early Years team, the successful applicant will benefit from incredible support from day 1. Our school is looking for someone who can create a fun, inclusive and safe learning environment for their youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor pupil progress
  • Feedback to outside agencies and SENDCO on any pupils with additional needs
  • Work collaboratively with the early years team to create a fun learning environment
  • Build strong relationships with parents
  • Feedback and report on childrens progress throughout the year.

  • QTS Qualified
  • Early Years Specialism
  • Able to commute to Luton
  • Passionate about improving outcomes for children from disadvantaged backgrounds
  • Reliable and flexible
  • Happy to commit to at least 2 days a week
