Our client, a multinational organisation within the aerospace industry, is currently seeking an HR Change Implementation Specialist on a contract basis. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the HR Business Partners within a highly dynamic and fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business leaders and HR Business Partners in the design and delivery of people-related changes, including organisational design and changes to culture and ways of working.
  • Develop organisational design and implementation plans in alignment with TOM and OD methodology, ensuring thorough assessment of people impacts and resource requirements.
  • Manage business cases for out-of-cycle salary and headcount requests, updating HR systems and stakeholders with outcomes.
  • Review people metrics and provide insights to functional leaders to support advice and recommendations.
  • Assist in the creation or amendment of job descriptions as required.
  • Ensure Workday is updated following changes in the functional area.
  • Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to capture cost impacts and headcount changes in budgets.
  • Work closely with the Employee Relations team for employee consultation related to proposed changes, supporting communication and consultation efforts.
Job Requirements:
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, multi-site HR organisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, using storytelling and data insights to build the case for change.
  • Experience leading the implementation of people change initiatives, including conducting people impact assessments.
  • Experience in advising on complex Employee Relations activities in a multi-site business.
  • Previous experience working with employee representative groups.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business strategies and interpret related people actions.
  • Broad understanding of UK employment legislation, including collective employment law and collective bargaining.
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and effectively challenge thinking around OD and the status quo.
  • Excellent organisation skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines and managing own workload.
  • Resilient and able to remain calm under pressure, working independently and with confidence.
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant HR systems.
Desirable:
  • Qualified or studying for a CIPD Level 7 qualification.
  • Experience in using the Workday system.
