Support Worker - Up to £32,000 Children LD home
Nonstop Care is currently working with a Children's Learning Disability Home in Luton area that provides specialist care and support for children with a range of learning disabilities. They are committed to helping our young people thrive, develop essential life skills, and reach their full potential.
The Role:
- Providing high-quality care and support tailored to each child's needs.
- Encouraging and promoting independence in daily activities.
- Supporting children in educational, social, and recreational activities.
- Building trusting relationships with the children, their families, and other professionals.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and positive environment.
