This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong client following and over 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in wills and probate matters.Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a diverse range of wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning cases.
  • Offering expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents including wills and powers of attorney.
  • Handling probate applications and overseeing estate administration processes.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers.
  • Contributing to the growth and success of the firm through effective client management and business development.
Candidate Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years PQE in wills and probate.
  • A solid client following is essential.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of wills and probate law.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Business development experience is advantageous.
