Winder Luton Bedfordshire Shift pattern

What You Will Do:

As a Winder, you will be working on a variety of tasks and projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Jointing of wet wound motors up to 11kv

Wet Wound Winding

Windings Tie-In

Short Wind Techniques (Basket Winding)

Jointing Techniques

Moulded Joints

Perform essential tests on wound stators and connected stators up to 33kv to ensure safety and functionality.

Contribute to the production of terminal gland mouldings.

Prioritise Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance, ensuring our work meets regulatory standards.

Support their commitment to cleanliness through regular 5S duties.

You should possess:

Precise work is essential in the electrical engineering field.

Drive and enthusiasm to learn and grow in your role.

Collaborate effectively with the team and other stakeholders.

Prior knowledge of electrical safety is a plus.

Electrical or Mechanical NVQ Qualification (Desirable).
