This company are part of one of Europe's largest suppliers of industrial products and services, due to increased workload and rapid growth, they are looking to increase their headcount, and offer extensive training to people from alternative industries, such as Vehicle Technicians and Maintenance Engineers.

In this role you, you will be tasked with refurbishment of electric motors, pumps and gearboxes. You will diagnose, repair and test faulty components within the asset in order to restore the product. The role offers extensive training for a motivated and ambitious individual from alternative industries, with full extensive training provided to get you up to speed.

The ideal candidate for this role would suit someone with experience as a Mechanical Technician/ Workshop Engineer/ Fitter/ Vehicle Mechanic/ Service Engineer or similar backgrounds with mechanical bias skills.

Ex Forces candidates are encouraged to apply and will be provided the necessary training to get up speed in the role.

*Workshop Fitter

*Refurbishment of electric motors, pumps and gearboxes including diagnostic, repair and testing

*Days based role, with regular overtime available at 1.5x

*Extensive training provided on all equipment and products

The Person:
*Mechanical Technician/ Workshop Fitter/ Mechanical Assembler/ Engineer or similar backgrounds

*Background in mechanical engineering or repair or fitting or maintenance

*Candidates looking for a change of industry are all considered (Vehicle Technician/ Mechanics/ Ex Forces/ Maintenance Technician etc.

*Commutable to Luton
