The Role:

We are seeking an inspiring and committed professional to lead the Business Studies department. The successful candidate will:

  • Take responsibility for the leadership and management of the Business Studies curriculum.
  • Deliver high-quality teaching, including BTEC Business.
  • Drive the progress and achievement of students, maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Support and mentor staff within the department.
  • Contribute to the school's wider academic and extracurricular initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A relevant degree and teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).
  • Proven experience teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 4 and 5.
  • Familiarity and experience teaching BTEC Business is essential.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
