My client are looking for a dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee the full on-site patient journey at their brand new clinic. The role involves managing the patient experience from arrival to departure, ensuring all logistical aspects such as transport and accommodation are handled seamlessly. The ideal candidate will be the face of the clinic, providing a warm welcome, managing appointments and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.Day to day of the role:
  • Manage the full on-site patient journey, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Coordinate return transport and accommodation bookings as required.
  • Greet patients and chaperones, offering refreshments and ensuring their comfort.
  • Oversee patient care while in surgery, ensuring chaperones are well looked after.
  • Confirm next appointments and manage follow-up communications.
  • Engage with patients pre- and post-surgery through calls and WhatsApp groups.
  • Celebrate patient milestones post-treatment with gestures like offering champagne.
  • Collect patient feedback and encourage reviews on various platforms.
  • Maintain the clinic diary, ensuring appointments are booked efficiently.
  • Take full responsibility for the clinic’s cleanliness, including cleaning toilets and rooms between patients.
  • Manage stock ordering and ensure supplies are replenished promptly.
  • Oversee the external appearance of the building and manage waste removal.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients.
  • Lead the team to provide an optimal patient experience.
  • Manage clinic correspondence and ensure patient records are accurate and compliant.
  • Address patient complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor social media groups and engage with patients as needed.
  • Implement and enforce clinic policies and procedures to maintain a safe and professional environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in clinic or hospitality management.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a busy clinic environment.
  • A patient-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality service.
  • Competency in using appointment booking systems and managing schedules.
