Faculty Lead - Business, Enterprise and Computer Science

We are seeking a dynamic Faculty Lead responsible for Business, Enterprise, and Computer Science. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for the right candidate. Key Duties

  • Lead the development of the Business, Enterprise, and IT curriculum, providing subject expertise and guiding the delivery of mastery programmes.

  • Be accountable for student achievement in Business and IT.

  • Collaborate with subject colleagues across the trust to support strategic development, share good practice, and plan joint activities.

  • Represent the school positively at local, regional, and national levels.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Be an experienced leader with the ability to manage staff effectively.

  • Be a qualified teacher or current leader of Business and IT, with experience in teaching at KS4 and KS5.

  • Have a proven track record of driving improvement.

  • Hold a Master's degree (desirable).

  • Be able to teach across the 11-18 age range.

  • Promote educational success and outstanding student outcomes through strong leadership.

  • Have excellent communication skills, inspiring and motivating staff while implementing new ideas.

  • Have experience working in a large multicultural school environment.

  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
