Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking for a new opportunity? Our top legal client in Luton is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their reputable team as a Residential Property Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
- Providing high-quality legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential property law.
- Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and attending meetings and hearings when required.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues and other members of the team to ensure efficient case management.
- Maintaining accurate client records, ensuring confidentiality, and complying with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential property law.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, procedures, and precedents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven track record of managing a caseload efficiently and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills in order to manage priorities effectively.
- IT proficiency, including working knowledge of case management systems and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify potential issues and provide appropriate solutions.
