Our client is growing rapidly and are currently looking for a Part time HR Manager to join their team. This is a new role down to growth within the business. This role is a Part time HR Manager will be a stand-alone role. Excellent opportunity for the right person to come in and make the role their own!

Role

  • To support on all HR related issues
  • Advise and coach on HR Policies
  • Provide updates on key changes on legislation
  • Ensure resolution of employee relations
  • Support management on disciplinary, grievance and employee issues
  • Work closely with senior management team on developing an operational plan and business strategy
  • Reviewing ad updating the equality and diversity strategy
  • Overseeing recruitment, selection and on boarding process
  • Managing company appraisal system
  • Accessing the need for training and working with line managers to design and implement
  • Help and guide the senior leadership team on setting and reviewing pay structures and benefits

Ideal candidate

  • Must have HR experience across all areas above.
  • Experience of working with senior leadership and strategies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a stand-alone HR role
  • Flexible to be based in the office
