- Provide technical support to engineers, installers, and customers via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic security system issues (hardware and software)
- Log and manage support tickets in the internal helpdesk system
- Escalate complex issues to the 2nd Line Technical Support team when necessary
- Assist with system configurations, software updates, and firmware installations
- Stay up to date with latest technology releases and product developments
- Deliver exceptional customer service and problem resolution
- Experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or electronics troubleshooting
- Background in IT, Electronics, or a related technical field
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literate, comfortable using helpdesk systems, emails, and remote support tools
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and develop technical expertise
- Luton-based, office role
- Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
