The Role:We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to support our customers with CNC machine installations and software-related troubleshooting. This hybrid role combines remote technical assistance with on-site support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for CNC machine installations, including initial setup and configuration.

  • Diagnose and resolve software issues related to machine operation and control systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to address complex technical challenges.

  • Conduct on-site visits when necessary to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.

  • Offer training and guidance to customers on CNC machine operation and maintenance.

  • Document all support activities, including issue resolution and service reports.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in technical support, ideally within the CNC or manufacturing industry.

  • Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and related software.

  • Ability to diagnose software issues.
