This is a unique and brand new position for a technicalsupport manager to joinone of the most respected manufacturers of high quality aluminium windows, doors and specialist double glazing products in the UK

  • Are you a technicalsupport manager or customer services manager looking for a new and genuinely dynamic opportunity?
  • This award winning specialist glazing manufacturer is in need of an experienced technical support manager.
  • You will ideally have experience ofworking in a window production facility with a general understanding of glazing manufacturing. experience of "first degree systems" as a software package would be a distinct advantage.
  • You will work closely with the head of sales and MD, ensuring that the internal sales support and estimators are managing workload.
  • The technicalsupport manager will liaise with the internal teams and production facility to ensure that from point of order, windows and doors are manufactured on time and in full.
  • This is not a double glazing business, this is a B2B operation supplying independent retail installers throughout the UK.
  • It would be beneficial ifthe technicalsupport manager had experience of working in the glazing or fenestration industry, however this is not essential.
  • What is essential is the ability to work closely with the internal teams to ensure transparency from order input through to finished goods from a customer satisfaction point of view.
