We are excited to be partnering with an established organisation to recruit for an ERP Systems Analyst to join their team. Based near Luton with hybrid working and fantastic benefits, paying up to £50,000. You will be responsible for the implementation, support and development of their ERP system to ensure the ERP platform fulfils business needs.

The Role

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, provide solutions, and ensure the system operates efficiently and aligns with business objectives. This role involves both technical and business acumen to translate operational requirements into system functionality, ensuring that the ERP system supports the growth and strategic goals of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, maintain, and enhance ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions, systems development
  • Ensure the ERP system integrates smoothly with other business applications
  • Lead or participate in ERP-related projects, including system upgrades, new module implementations, and process optimisation

About You

  • Proven experience in an ERP Systems Analyst role
  • Must have strong functional knowledge of ERP systems (ideally in manufacturing)
  • Experience in ERP systems development
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills

On Offer

  • Hybrid working (3 days a week in office, 2 days WFH)
  • Onsite for the first 3 months
  • 5% company bonus
