They are not just another non advice protection company and as such we are not looking for just any consultants to work for them.

What are they looking for?
To be considered you must have a least 2 years phone based life & protection sales experience. Ideally you will have worked with leads generated via the web and or third party collaborations and will be able to demonstrate that you can maximise the potential of each lead provided.
Successful consultants can qualify for Elite status within the company where you can choose your own hours of work and will only be measured on your results in terms of performance and quality of sale, NOT working hours, dials or talk time.
Rewards
Starting salary is based on previous performance and can be reviewed twice yearly. Existing top performing consultants are earning more than £60,000 + thanks to an uncapped bonus scheme.
