We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dispatch Administrator based in Luton for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client are a national distributor and wholesaler servicing a mix of small independent and large companies.

Responsibilities of theDispatch Administrator

  • Manage admin tasks for outbound and transport services.
  • Planning of loading plans.
  • Prepare driver paperwork.
  • Prepare invoices.
  • Make sure vehicles are loaded with the correct stock and in the correct order for multidrop delivery.

Requirements for a successful Dispatch Administrator

  • Full driving licence with own transport.
  • Proven Administration experience within a warehouse/transport department.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem skills.
  • Good working knowledge of the warehouse/transport industry.
