This role offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000 and excellent opportunities for career progression.About the Role:As a Family Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE, you will handle a diverse range of family law matters, working within a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic violence cases.
Providing clear, practical, and high-quality legal advice to clients.
Developing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
Representing clients in court and at mediation sessions.
Keeping up-to-date with changes in family law and ensuring compliance with legal standards and practices.
Working closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal solutions and support.

Person Specification:The ideal candidate will have:

At least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in family law.
A strong track record of managing a diverse range of family law cases.
The ability and willingness to work in the Luton office.
Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
