As the Head of Family, you’ll manage a diverse caseload of private family law matters, helping clients navigate some of the most personal and sensitive areas of law. The firm’s existing caseload covers a variety of family issues, and with the influx of new enquiries, you’ll have the chance to work on cases that include:
  • Divorce and Separation: Guiding clients through every stage of the process, from initial consultation to final settlement, and managing complex cases with sensitivity.
  • Financial Settlements: Advising clients on financial settlements, including high-net-worth cases, property and asset division, spousal maintenance, and pension rights.
  • Child Arrangements and Custody: Handling matters related to custody, visitation rights, and parental responsibility, always prioritizing the welfare of the children involved.
  • Domestic Violence and Protective Orders: Supporting clients in urgent cases, securing protection orders, and helping ensure the safety of those affected by domestic violence.
  • Cohabitation Agreements: Assisting unmarried couples in protecting their interests with formal agreements that offer security and peace of mind.
  • Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements: Advising clients on agreements that safeguard their assets and clarify expectations both before and during marriage.
