Junior Legal Counsel (Contracts Manager)

Role Definition
To review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements for all companies within the Group and assist the Head of Legal and wider Legal team on various other commercial legal matters as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Principal duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- The drafting, review and negotiation of a range of commercial agreements across the entire business, and amendments thereto.
- Update CRM with agreed custom terms and conditions and help ensure signed agreements are sent to Legal and filed in the contract management system.
- Assist in the training of Sales teams regarding the contracting process and procedures.
- Assist in the Company's global compliance activities.
- Any other reasonable duties as and when required.
Key Result Areas/Standards of Performance
The drafting, review and negotiation Licence Agreements and amendments thereto, in a timely manner
Minimise litigation.
Requirements:
- Law degree or equivalent from a recognised law school, preferably SRA registered.
- Relevant commercial contract experience, preferably in-house with a global company.
