Quality Manager

Join our client as a Quality Manager, where you'll shape and manage our quality standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001. You'll also lead both internal and external audits and foster a culture of excellence.

Your Role:

As a key player on our team, you'll take on the following exciting responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Quality Assurance and Welding teams, ensuring top-notch standards across policy and procedures.

- Take ownership of product quality and uphold safety standards within your team, enforcing PPE use and HS&E systems.

- Mentor and train staff on our Quality Management System and best practices.

- Oversee product specifications, process procedures, and quality systems (QMS, BMS).

- Drive the Non-Conformance system (CAPA IT) and offer support to production for process training.

- Stay ahead of industry regulations, incorporating changes to QA/QC compliance and design codes (ASME, API, etc.).

- Lead quality improvement projects and audits, ensuring supplier and internal standards are met.

- Manage the department's training and development initiatives, fostering a team that's always evolving.

What You'll Bring:

- Engineering degree or equivalent experience.

- Proven background in a related industry.

- ISO auditor certification.

- Expertise in 8D Root Cause Analysis and Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher).
