We are currently recruiting a Finishing Foreman for a high rise development in Luton.
To be considered for this role you must have extensive experience as a finishing foreman, working on large high rise, city centre residential developments.
You will be responsible for the supervision of the sub-contractors and site operatives to ensure optimum standard of workmanship is obtained within each apartment, ready for handover.
Requirements:
SSSTS/SMSTS
First Aid
Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
Proven track record as a Finishing Foreman.
