Our client is a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, dedicated to improving health outcomes through cutting-edge solutions and exceptional service.Your new roleAs an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in meeting the operational requirements of the business unit to achieve its goals. You will be responsible for demand planning, sales and operations planning (S&OP) meetings, launch management, order book management, customer relationship management, and project implementation. Your role will also involve identifying supply gaps, optimising costs, and ensuring inventory mobilisation to fulfil tender obligations. You will work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders, including B2B customers and tender agencies, to drive the business forward.In this role, you will also be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive the commercial side of the business. You will manage relationships with wholesalers and distributors across Europe, overseeing the end-to-end process from product development to market delivery. This is an exciting and fast-paced environment where you will work with hundreds of SKUs and be involved in the entire journey of the products.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you must have:Extensive experience in the Pharma industry.Strong experience in building relationships with European distributors and wholesalers.Proficiency in inventory control, process management, forecast and demand planning, and logistics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Adaptability and the ability to prioritise tasks based on business needs.Existing relationships with Pharma wholesalers and distributors in Europe are highly desirable.A Hindi speaker would be highly advantageous but not essential or a 2nd European language.
