Role Overview:

  • Oversee and coordinate all production operations at our Luton facility.
  • Foster a strong safety culture, conducting regular area reviews to ensure a "safety-first" mindset.
  • Cultivate a quality-driven environment, emphasizing "right first time" practices and continuous improvement, with a focus on timely resolution of issues and deviations.
  • Reduce cycle times and strive to achieve zero missed orders.
  • Lead the implementation of operational excellence initiatives across the Luton site.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training plans tailored to each job title, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
  • Develop strategies to enhance production capacity and employee performance.
  • Serve as a leader by setting clear expectations, deliverables, and measurable goals for the production team.
  • Analyze key performance indicators, providing practical and cost-effective solutions to improve operations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, including cGMPs and MHRA guidelines, across all production departments.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical production management or a high-level supervisory role within a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Prior experience working in cleanroom environments is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in numeracy, IT, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
  • Resilience and adaptability to handle pressure and organizational changes.
