Due to an increase in workload within their Term Maintenance Framework and the award of 2 new projects, our client, a top 10 Contractor have the need for a Site Manager to oversee 2 projects valued at 2m each which are a park and ride upgrade and construction of a large play area.

Works will include Paving, Drainage, surfacing, landscaping and other Civils works with daily duties including preparation of RAMs, Overseeing Contractors on site, Material Ordering, Health & Safety and Progress reporting.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have a minimum of an HNC in Civil Engineering and hold SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS certification to your name. You will also have solid Civils experience and ideally Maintenance experience to your name gained with reputable Contractors.
