Service Engineer required. Our client is a well-established supplier of packaging and printing machinery based in Luton, who are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to travel throughout the UK and occasionally Europe in order to carry out planned service and maintenance to a range of machines at customers sites.
Service Engineer - Machinery Job Overview
- Providing onsite and remote support to customers on maintenance, installation and repair of machinery
- Carrying out customer training and demonstrations of machinery
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical and software related faults on machines
- Assisting the sales team with machine demonstrations at events and shows
Service Engineer - Machinery Job Requirements
- Previous experience in Service / Maintenance of machinery
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
- Based in a commutable distance of Luton
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to tow a trailer, and a clean driving license
Service Engineer - Machinery Salary & Benefits
- Salary 28,000 - 32,000 + Overtime
- Overnight allowances, and other expense reimbursement
- Company Van
- Monday to Friday, full-time, permanent position
- 31 days holiday, including bank holidays. 3 of which are used for Christmas holidays.
