- Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to address facility needs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician
- Strong mechanical skills with knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications or licences are a plus.
