Were Looking for Someone Who:

  • Holds a Health & Social Care Management Qualification at QCF Level 5 (or equivalent)
  • Has experience developing therapeutic interventions and delivering group or one-on-one sessions in a substance misuse setting
  • Has overseen the operations of a centre
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
  • Can manage financial budgets effectively
  • Leads and supports a diverse team of staff and volunteers
  • Is skilled in managing challenging behaviour
  • Is committed to continuous professional development
  • Is flexible and adaptable to the needs of the role


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the centre complies with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards and safeguarding protocols
  • Maintain and improve the quality of the therapeutic recovery programme
  • Oversee a range of therapeutic interventions and social inclusion initiatives
  • Compile data and produce accurate, timely reports
  • Manage the performance and development of staff and volunteers
  • Maximise client retention and occupancy to meet company targets
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the centre, including health & safety and facilities management

Note: This role requires flexibility, including occasional unsocial hours and travel. A DBS check at the enhanced level will be required for the successful candidate.
