Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join an Infant school we are working with in Luton. The role is to work as a Class Teacher across the schools EYFS & Year 1 classes as PPA cover. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young learners, fostering their intellectual and social development.

QTS Required.

Duties

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, establishing clear expectations and fostering a respectful learning environment.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behaviour, and any concerns that may arise.
  • Assess student performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere that encourages students to express themselves freely.

What we require:

  • QTS
  • Experience with the UK curriculum
  • At least 2 Years experience working in education
  • Specialise within Key Stage 2
  • DBS on the update service
