This role is all about impact —developing and executing high-performing online strategies that enhance brand visibility, optimise product positioning, and drive sales in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.Marketing Specialist Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven digital trade marketing strategies that align with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Work closely with sales teams to maximise product visibility, enhance listings, and drive conversions across retailer platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling digital assets and product content that meet both brand standards and retailer specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key online retail partners, acting as the primary trade marketing contact to coordinate campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyse campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies, improve return on investment, and drive continuous growth.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets effectively, ensuring investments align with business priorities and deliver measurable impact.
  • Lead digital launch campaigns for new products, leveraging promotional tactics to boost engagement and drive sales.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience: 1–3 years in trade marketing, digital marketing, or eCommerce, ideally within consumer goods or retail.
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics. Experience working with pureplay retailers such as Amazon or AO is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI. Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Mindset: A proactive, results-focused approach with a passion for driving growth in an online retail space.
