  • Location: Luton, Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office
  • Salary: £45,000
  • Contract Type: Temp to Perm, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s diary, inbox, and travel arrangements
  • Support the wider SLT with meetings, expenses, and scheduling
  • Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support across the business
  • Coordinate company events and support the planning of internal reviews and meetings
  • Oversee office supplies, visitor management, and day-to-day operational tasks

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous experience supporting at Director/CEO level
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and stay calm under pressure
  • Confident using MS Office and managing multiple diaries/calendars
