We are looking for numerous reliable and experienced Highways Traffic Marshal'sto work at Luton airport.It will involve12 hour day shifts.You will be responsible forensuring the safe movement of vehiclesand pedestriansaround the airport sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traffic management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Weekend shifts also available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control traffic flow around the airport
- Communicate with drivers, pedestrians, and site workers to ensure safety
- Assist with the safe movement of vehicles entering and exiting areas
- Follow strict health & safety guidelines to prevent accidents and delays
- Monitor road and site conditions, reporting any hazards or concerns
Requirements:
- Valid HighwaysTraffic Marshal/Banksman Certification
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Knowledge of highways andsite safety regulations
- Ability to remain alert and focused in busy environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Full PPE (Hi-Vis, Hard Hat, Safety Boots, etc.)
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts if required
