Your responsibilities being a KS1 Teacher:

  • Delivering engaging and creative lessons to KS1 pupils
  • Create a stimulating learning environment tailored to individual student needs
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Ability to communicate with and encourage children with additional needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement effective teaching strategies
  • Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities and the wider school community

Your primary requirements for this fantastic role:

  • A degree qualification in teaching (PGCE) along with a QTS
  • Experienced with KS1 Teaching and children
  • An enhanced child DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK - Essential (sponsorship is not available with this role)
  • Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum
  • 2 Relevant professional teaching references
  • Being passionate about teaching and learning
